Zucchini Overnight Oats

My first post when I began The Happy Hungry Yogi over four years ago was overnight oats. It meant something to be able to share a recipe that was both healthy and creative. Hazelnut Mocha Overnight Oats

I mean what’s this “lets add veggies and savory herbs” nonsense?  I felt like suddenly I was my own younger self’s worst nightmare trying to sneak veggies in anywhere I can. Is someone out there TRYING to sabotage my breakfast!? C’mon! Continue reading “Overnight Savory Oats With Delicata Squash and Eggs”

Then, throw in ingredients like fruit, nuts and chocolate and BAM you find yourself looking forward to the sound of your alarm just so you can have breakfast. There truly is no better way to start off your busy day than fueling up on a wholesome bowl of power food. Continue reading “Overnight Oats 3 Ways”
