Nothing describes our family more than a good cracker. We are obsessed with savory gluten-free crackers for both snacking and adding to meals. I can’t begin to tell you how many boxes we consume in a week! Emerson doesn’t really care for chocolate. It’s mind blowing for someone who not only LIVES for the stuff but also the fact that she shares my DNA. How that clearly dominant gene bypassed her is baffling. Since my husband also isn’t a huge fan of chocolate the flip side to the situation is that anytime I make anything chocolate based- like brownies it means MORE FOR ME! Is there anything better than pizza? I mean how can you go wrong with all of those layers of crust, sauce, cheese, veggies, etc…the flavor combinations are endless!
As someone who eats gluten-free and dairy-free it can also be the hardest food to eat as takeout/dining in. Finding a good gluten-free and dairy-free pizza is often (for me) next to impossible. The struggle is so so real you guys.
