Grilled Peach Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Salads are my go-to in the summer months. It’s just such an easy and refreshing meal to throw together! Being able to use fresh in-season fruits and veggies is also a bonus. Peaches are hands down my favorite summer fruit. They/re so versatile and work with both sweet and savory dishes; from pies and overnight oats to salads and grilled meat or fish. Thai Quinoa Salad

So many of you have been requesting easy meal prep ideas! If you know me, you know how much this excites me since I’m all about the convenient and the healthy. Being able to prep a whole meal using just simple, clean ingredients that can power me through the hectic week is any Mom with a toddler’s dream come true.
