At this point in the season I’m basically made up of 80% soup and 20% holiday cookies… and I’m pretty darn happy about it. I LOVE nothing more than a big, warm bowl of homemade soup/stew at dinner time (and leftovers for lunch, of course!). Snowball Cookies

Making cookies with Emerson is wayyyy more fun than making cookies alone. Even if it does mean a much more extensive clean-up. Cranberry Turkey Meatloaf

If you’ve made my meatloaf recipe and enjoyed it then you’re going to LOVE this one! It’s similar to my everyday recipe but with a seasonal twist. This is a perfect swap for a Thanksgiving Turkey if you’re not feeding a huge crowd and/or just want the holiday flavors without the time/mess on a weeknight.
