Nothing describes our family more than a good cracker. We are obsessed with savory gluten-free crackers for both snacking and adding to meals. Sweet Potato Chicken Sliders


There’s so many things to be grateful for. Sure I have my moments when I feel like all hope is lost but then I am reminded of all of the good that constantly surrounds me. I feel fortunate to be able to put things into perspective and say, “You know, it’s really not THAT bad.” Like everything, it’s only a stepping stone. There’s a great quote by the explorer Ernest Shackleton, “Difficulties are just things to overcome, after all.” and he’s right. BBQ Beef Empanadas

How does the saying go? “If at first you don’t succeed try, try again…” or something along those lines? I take this especially true in cooking. I mean not every recipe I make comes out blog worthy or even edible for that matter. So rather than nixing the recipe in the you know what I like to take another stab at it just to be sure, making any necessary modifications if needed.
