I began this blogging adventure five years ago as a way to share my passion not only for cooking but for living a healthy, happy, active lifestyle. I realize the impact that food and fitness play in overall health and see the importance of finding balance in those areas. I believe that just like a recipe, each one of us made up with different ingredients and one style or method of eating doesn’t necessarily fit everyone, so I share a range of dietary needs from gluten-free to paleo to vegan all with customizable options. My goal for The Hungry Happy Mama is to create a welcoming space for me to share simple, delicious recipes, fitness and lifestyle tips the whole family can enjoy!
